THE HUT for rent

"The Hut"  is set on 5 acres  near the Kingborough Sports Centre. Available to rent in April 2020 for $305 per week . Some lawn mowing around the building and on the sides of the driveway are required but mostly wallabies are keeping the grass low..

The Hut is a one bedroom cottage with gas cooktop, electric stove, under floor tiled heating in the the Kitchen living area and panel heating, spa bath with water view, washing machine and vegetable garden. Long term tenant preferred.
